It's been FOREVER!

It has been FOREVER since I have posted anything! I have a computer at work, but they had stuff blocked for the longest time! Hopefully now I can keep up with posting something at least once a week. What's been going on at the Taufer household?? Heston started 1st grade, I am still working at Central Utah Clinic and doing Hair of course, Justin just got a new job working at Ames Construction. We have been busy with getting the horses ready for the hunts in the next couple of weeks! And we get to start building our house this Spring!! Yay!! I can't wait for that!

I am loving the weather right now! It's starting to cool off at the right temperatures, the leaves are changing! I love driving to and from work up the canyon, it is GORGEOUS! I'll have to post some pictures of our beautiful area we live in!!

"Saturday Curlers"

Kayla put some pictures up on her facebook and i found this one!! This is my all time favorite picutre of my sisters and I. Every Saturday night my mom would put curlers in all of our hair for church the next day!! How we slept on them?? I dunno!!! I swear we are all probably numb now on our heads from the curlers!! haha!! (from left...Stacey, Kayla..holding me, & Kerrie)

Hunting

Growing up my family would go camping a lot...Two of my sisters married men that love to hunt and so did I!!! My husband has gotten in me into hunting so much!! Oh i love it!! It is so much fun to ride the horses and get into these places that you can't get in with four wheelers...you see so many animals this way!! Now where i live...we can pretty much go hunting in our BACK YARD!!!....well maybe like a ten minute drive but still!! I am surrounded by beauty!!

It's been so long

It's been forever since i've posted. It's been crazy at my house hold. Christmas has been crazy at work getting everyone's hair ready for the holidays. I recently just got a new job offer and i took it. I will be working at Central Utah Clinic Mon-Fri from 8:30-5:00 and i'll have Saturdays of so i can still do hair. I can't tell you how happy I am to not have to close anymore and get home at like 10:00 driving through the canyon. Anyways...I hope you all had an awesome Christmas! It flew by fast this year. Hope you all have a wonderful new years....2009....here we come!!

"Babies"

95% of the people who's hair i cut always ask me how soon are we going to have kids. Well i already have a 5 year old! But we do want to at least wait 2-3 years before we start having kids of our own...but when they're supposed to come...they're supposed to come...Heston is already the cutest little boy ever!! He is a mini me of his dad...that's for sure!! I wonder what our kids will look like?? i decided to post Justin and I's baby pictures on here...lets just say i hope they are a toe head like their dad haha! Gotta love the blondies!! :)

My Bridals!!

My bridals were really fun to do!! Of course every girl loves to dress up, look and feel like a princess!! I got my bridals done in the Allred's property. Oh it is so gorgeous...with all the old barns, tractors, leaves, wild grass! It was quite the experience taking my pictures though...lets just say that i about passed out!! haha. Um..lets see...i had a corsette on(however you spell that), a slip, a hoop skirt and of course the dress. There was no wind...blazing hot!!! What more can i say?? Well my dad was nice enough to run to the Allred's home and get me a drink of water! Thanks Dad!! Well you know what they say...no pain no beauty right? Thanks Erin...you did an awesome job!!

I thought i better put some of our engagement pictures on my blog to try and catch up to the "present" time now haha! My sisters Kerrie and Stacey took Justin and I's engagement pictures for us! We went to the Spanish Oaks golf course...They let us ride in the golf carts which was pretty nice so we didn't have to walk around too much so i'd sweat all my face off haha! Then we went up the canyon up Indianola (which is twenty minutes from our home now). It was a lot of fun...and a lot of smiling....let me say this...when you smile for a long time...towards the end it gets to be "cheesy" smiles or "are we done yet" smiles haha! We took four roles of film!! wow!! that's a lot of scrapbooking!!
